Learning & Development Facilitator, Professional & Leadership Development
We are looking for an exceptional facilitator to help employees and leaders build the skills, confidence, and capabilities needed to succeed and grow across the enterprise.
The Learning & Development Facilitator, Professional & Leadership Development will deliver engaging learning experiences that support professional growth, leadership effectiveness, and enterprise capability development. This role is focused on creating an engaging learning environment, translating concepts into practical applications, and helping learners build skills that improve workplace performance. The facilitator will support the organization through workshops, leadership programs, cohort experiences, and team development sessions. Candidates should be comfortable facilitating learning for employees and leaders at all levels, adapting to the needs of diverse audiences, and creating meaningful learning experiences that drive engagement and growth.
What This Role Will Do
• Facilitate engaging instructor led learning experiences for leaders and employees across the enterprise.
• Deliver leadership and professional development workshops, cohort programs, and team learning experiences.
• Create an inclusive and interactive learning environment that encourages participation, reflection, and application.
• Use experiential learning techniques including discussion, coaching, peer learning, and practice activities.
• Consult with leaders, HR Business Partners, Talent Management, and subject matter experts to identify development needs and learning opportunities.
• Support the development and customization of facilitator guides, participant materials, job aids, learning activities, and support resources.
• Gather learner feedback and use insights to continuously improve learning experiences and program effectiveness.
Education
• Bachelor's Level Degree required
Experience
• 2 years of experience facilitating corporate learning, leadership and professional development, or related learning programs required
• Experience facilitating engaging instructor led, virtual, hybrid, and in person learning experiences for adult learners at varying levels of the organization.
• Strong stakeholder management, consulting, listening, and communication skills, with the ability to build trust, adapt in the moment, and support learners with varying levels of confidence.
• Relevant experience and knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles.
• Ability to translate business needs into effective learning experiences and practical workplace application.
• Experience using Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, and other learning technologies to support learner engagement and program delivery.
