Familiarity with laboratory information management systems (LIMS), regulatory standards (such as GLP or ISO/IEC 17025), and specialized analytical instruments is commonly required. Strong attention to detail, organization, and effective communication are crucial soft skills for managing projects and ensuring precise results. These competencies ensure accurate testing, regulatory compliance, and reliable service delivery for clients.
