Location: San Antonio, TX

Onsite/ Remote: Day 1 Onsite at customer location

JDย :

Bachelorโ€™s degree in manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field from an accredited university.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering, with a demonstrated history of successfully completing projects and leading continuous improvement initiatives.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, CAD (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or ProE), and other engineering software (e.g., Minitab, MATLAB, or similar).

StandardPro and/or Modapts experience is a plus.

Experience with ERP systems and simulation software (e.g., Arena, Simio) is a plus.

Expertise in Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, JIT, cycle time analysis, ergonomics, and facilities/layout design.

Working knowledge of advanced quality control tools, data analysis, and problem-solving techniques (e.g., PFMEA, Pareto analysis, SPC).

Strong leadership skills including managing engineering teams and projects.

Experience in preparing and managing project timelines, resources, and budgets.

Highly effective written and verbal communication for creating technical documentation, reports, presentations, and working with cross-functional teams.

Proven ability to identify, analyze, and resolve complex engineering problems.

Experience with safety standards (OSHA, ISO) and industry-specific regulations.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and adapt to changing work environments.

Candidates should be adaptable and prepared to contribute to a variety of tasks as needed by the company and department.
