Our team provides qualified Accounting and Finance professionals on a temporary and permanent basis across a broad range of industries. GHJ’s relationship with our Global Advisory and Accounting Network provides the resources needed to better understand client’s needs, attract a higher caliber of candidates and assess candidate potential.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and versatile HR Generalist to support day-to-day human resources operations while owning full-cycle recruiting across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who can operate as both a strategic HR partner and a hands-on recruiter, managing the full desk from intake through offer while supporting core HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Own full-cycle recruiting from requisition intake through offer negotiation and onboarding
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, hiring strategies, and timelines
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates across various functions and levels
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related matters
  • Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws
  • Support benefits administration, leave management, and HRIS updates
  • Partner with leadership on employee engagement and retention initiatives
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Qualifications:
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred 
  • 3+ years of combined HR and recruiting experience, including full-cycle recruiting
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions while balancing HR responsibilities
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize
