rockITdata is seeking a Data Analytics Lead to join our team. The Lead will need to have specific experience in military health program analytics or behavioral health.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provides analytical leadership and performance measurement support for the program. The SME Ensures contract compliance through data-informed reporting and tend analysis related to service member engagement, coaching outcomes, and referral follow-through.
  • Monitor and report on required performance metrics including.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analyze trends in outreach, coaching, and referral follow-through to inform continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with clinical, call center, and outreach teams to ensure accurate data capture and reporting.
  • Prepare and deliver recurring performance reports to DHA.
  • Respond to ad hoc government data requests and contribute to briefings with COR and leaderships.
  • Recommend data collection improvements and quality initiatives.

Required Skills:
  • Must have a master's degree in analytics, statistics, health informatics, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in military health program analytics or behavioral health data roles.
  • Experience supporting federal contracts or military health programs.
  • Strong skills in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or other analytics platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and implementing performance monitoring systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting data to non-technical audiences.
  • Must be able to obtain a Public Trust.
