  • Support EHR Go-Live, Post Go-Live, and informatics surge activities through data analysis, tracking, reporting, and program coordination.

  • Monitor program activities, milestones, risks, issues, and outcomes and provide timely status information to stakeholders.

  • Support continuous process improvement by analyzing performance data and measuring the effectiveness of implemented changes.

  • Collaborate with clinical informatics, program, and technical stakeholders to support program objectives and deliverables.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Health Informatics, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

  • Minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in program analysis, healthcare informatics, business analysis, operations analysis, or a related field.

  • Relevant clinical informatics experience within a Veterans Administration healthcare setting.

  • Demonstrated experience evaluating programs, operations, or business processes using qualitative and quantitative analytical methods.

  • Experience collecting, manipulating, analyzing, and presenting data to assess program performance and support recommendations.

  • Experience developing program metrics, status reports, analyses, and other decision-support materials.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, written and verbal communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

  • Ability to satisfy applicable Federal and VA personnel security, privacy, and information security requirements.

  • Potential travel is anticipated; must be able to support potential travel.

  • The ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting VHA clinical informatics, EHR modernization, or Post Go-Live operations.

  • Experience with Oracle Health/Cerner Millennium, VA VistA/CPRS, or related VA healthcare information systems.

  • Experience analyzing clinical workflows, operational metrics, end-user performance, or EHR-related business processes.

  • Experience with data visualization, dashboards, reporting, and performance measurement tools.

  • Experience supporting process improvement, issue management, risk tracking, or program performance evaluation.

  • Familiarity with SAFe Lean-Agile principles and multidisciplinary healthcare informatics teams.

Benefits (including but not limited to):
  • Health, dental, and vision plans
  • Optional FSA
  • Paid parental leave
  • Safe Harbor 401(k) with employer contributions 100% vested from day 1

$90,000 - $104,999 a year
