POSITION SUMMARY
This position is for an experienced service engineer who is detail oriented. Responsibilities include assembling mechanical parts, reading, interpreting, and following mechanical drawings, and keeping a clean, inventoried workstation. The position will also include some field work performing preventative maintenance. Candidate also needs to be able to use basic power tools, test and calibrate parts and mechanisms, and assemble components and parts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Product Development - Assist in the design, development, and testing of new products, ensuring they meet all specifications, customer requirements, and industry standards.
- Quality Assurance - Develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes and procedures to ensure products meet or exceed quality standards. Conduct regular quality audits and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Process Improvement - Identify areas for improvement in engineering and quality control processes, and lead initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
- Compliance - Ensure all engineering and quality control activities comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and certifications. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulatory changes.
KEY TEAM JOB TASKS
- Perform field service on fuel management systems and pollution control systems.
- Participate in installation and upgrade projects at customer facilities.
- Document services completed, quality control, customer comments and potential for further services.
- Large system Fuel Management.
- Ability to manage Pollution Control.

- Contract Fuel and Project Management.
- DEQ Compliance Testing.
- Perform mechanical, control projects and mobile fuel polishing.
- Ensure maintenance, upgrades and repairs are properly taken care of.
- Provide consulting support for new business.
- Working with electrical power systems, electrical testing systems, CAD, Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR).
- Experience with Fuel Management Systems, including scheduling, testing, emergency fuel delivery, and other related processes.
- INOX SCR Refits.
- DEQ: SCR/Stack Testing.
- Must be able to travel up to 50% of the time.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 2 or more years of relevant experience.
- BSME, BSEE, or BSCS Degreed Engineers with backgrounds in Mechanical, EE, and/or related disciplines.
- Proficient experience in project management.
- Ability to work with electrical power systems and electrical testing systems.
- Experience in working with CAD systems.
- Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR).
- Other related processes.
