Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location: East Side of Indianapolis, IN (Onsite)
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Salary: $65,000-$70,000
LHH is partnering with a top client in Indianapolis to hire an experienced Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment. This fully onsite role is ideal for someone proactive, organized, and able to anticipate needs without direction.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage executive calendars, travel, expenses, and communications
  • Attend meetings, capture notes, and track action items
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and follow-ups
  • Organize files, systems, contracts, and vendor information
  • Support communication flow and prioritize incoming requests
  • Improve administrative processes and maintain efficient workflows
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience supporting executives or senior leaders
  • Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and work independently
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, QuickBooks
