Job Description:

Title: 340B Contract Sales Executive

Field:This field-based role enables associates to primarily operate in the field, traveling to client sites or designated locations as their role requires, with occasional office attendance for meetings or training. This approach ensures flexibility, responsiveness to client needs, and direct, hands-on engagement.

The340B Contract Sales Executive will be responsible for growing 340B contracts within the assigned regions.
How you will make an impact:

  • Drives new sales activities specifically around Carelon contracts, customer solutions, and internal relationships.

  • Performs consistent prospecting, lead generation, networking, and customer analysis which result in generation of new sales.

  • Participates in the contract lifecycle including negotiations, redlining, and contract execution.

  • Ensures new contract implementations are completed and works with internal partners to ensure that client needs are met to include contracts, amendments, and other related activities.

  • Partners in the development of materials and presentations as part of sales process.

  • Travels as necessary to meet with prospective clients or other principals.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Requires a BA/BS and a minimum 3 years within the pharmaceutical, specialty pharmacy, or healthcare industry; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:

  • Strongly prefer 340B contract sales experience.
