Role Overview:

As an Event Marketing Specialist, you will be the driving force behind our brand's physical and virtual presence. You aren't just a planner; you are a strategist who understands how to turn a live experience into a measurable pipeline of leads and brand loyalty.

From managing large-scale industry trade shows to executing intimate executive roundtables, you will handle the logistics, promotion, and follow-up strategy for our entire event calendar across the United States.

What You'll Do

  • Research potential tradeshows over a variety of segments, including attending discovery meetings, requesting quotes and pulling together contracts.  
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive event marketing calendar that aligns with company-wide sales and brand objectives.
  • Lead all aspects of event logistics, including vendor management, ordering, shipping/drayage, and on-site setup and takedown.
  • Partner with the marketing operations team to create multi-channel promotional campaigns (email, social media, paid ads) to drive registration and attendance.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including Cost Per Lead (CPL), attendee engagement, and attributed revenue, to prove ROI.
  • Work closely with the Sales/SDR teams to ensure seamless lead hand-off and timely post-event follow-up.

What You'll Have

  • 2-3 years of experience in event marketing, corporate events, or field marketing (B2B experience preferred).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to pitch sponsorship opportunities to senior leadership.
  • High degree of organization with the ability to manage multiple moving parts without losing sight of the "big picture."
  • Ability to travel within the United States when needed, up to 50%

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with event management companies (Cvent, Freeman, GES and others)
  • Experience working with project management tools (Asana)
  • Experience navigating and working within CRM Tools (Hubspot)
