Job description

Epic Care Anywhere Analyst II

Remote

6+ Months Contract Position

Responsible for performing Epic application system analysis and design to include requirements, specifications, configuration, documentation, testing, and implementation of systems. Will also be involved in providing Epic application support, troubleshooting, training and reporting activities. May also be involved in providing non-Epic application support and troubleshooting for integrated third-party applications.
Responsibilities:
Maintain system documentation
Monitor production applications and respond to incidents, including 24/7 on-call support as needed.
Execute all phases of testing for Epic Care Everywhere workflows
Collaborate with end users and other application teams to create educational documents
Respond to patient matching requests that are received from external partners
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and escalating as need
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Epic and the Care Everywhere module
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Computer Science or a related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
Epic Care Everywhere certification
At least 2-3 years of experience working with Epic Care Everywhere
Demonstrated experience in Epic build, support, and implementation Strongly preferred:
Experience with support of interoperability workflows
Experience working with operations and/or clinical staff
Proficiency in detailing build and maintaining appropriate change documentation
