Job description

Role: Entry Level - Operations Specialist
LOCATION: On-site in Pontiac, MI
SCHEDULE: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8-hour shift
This is an entry-level client service-based opportunity designed for individuals who are eager to begin their career, develop new skills, and contribute to a supportive, team-focused culture. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
  • Entering and validating data
  • Labeling and organizing loan documents
  • Ordering and verifying income documentation
  • Monitoring requirements for a loan to be approved
  • Reviewing state and federal compliance information
  • Handling inbound and outbound calls

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Comfortable using computers to look up information, read and write emails and use basic office software
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, including over the phone
  • Process-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
  • Experience working in a professional office, retail, customer service or similar setting
