Traveling Physical Therapist Opportunity

Minimum Requirements
  • Associate, Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active Alabama or multistate Physical Therapist license required prior to start of assignment.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Current BLS/CPR certification from AHA or ARC required.
  • Home Health experience preferred.
  • Ability to perform patient care and physical therapy duties in home health settings.
  • Professional Physical Therapy certification as required by role.
Assignment Details
  • Facility Type: Home Health.
  • Shift Name: Evenings.
  • Shift Details: Evenings 2000-0400.
  • Coverage Areas: Eufaula and Dothan, AL.
  • Weekly Hours Guarantee: 40 hours.
  • Productivity Expectation: 30 points.
