Description
OVERVIEW
C Speed, LLC is a fast-growing radar technology company that provides domestic and international aerospace and defense, and commercial customers with radar surveillance solutions. We are seeking a motivated individual to fill the role of Contract Administrator for our Titusville, FL facility.
The Contract Administrator role is a full-time position and will be an integral team member supporting Tars Program activities and operations while providing clerical and administrative support to program management. This individual will wear multiple hats in a dynamic and multi-faceted growing company.
POSITION SUMMARY
• Assist the Program Director, Program Manager, and Project Manager(s) in ensuring contract documents are completed, properly distributed, executed, and filed in a timely manner.
• Review and ensure compliance with government contract flow-downs.
• Complete and submit contract deliverables as required by the prime contractor.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and coordinate employee time with customers and partners.
• Ensure employees utilize proper charge codes.
• Support Accounting and Human Resources with project-related administrative efforts.
• Interface with Human Resources, Accounting, Project Management, customers, and external partners.
• Assist Finance with TARS Program invoicing activities.
• Track and submit monthly dues for employees covered under the collective bargaining agreement (CBA).
• Assist Human Resources with employee onboarding, orientations, and grievance processes.
• Manage emails, letters, phone calls, and other forms of correspondence.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and track employee travel expenses as needed.
• Maintain filing systems and support the storage, retrieval, and retention of documents, records, and reports.
• Plan, organize, and coordinate refreshments and logistics for visitor meetings.
• Support the Program Manager with monthly AMEX reconciliation and expense reporting.
• Assist employees with time entry and expense reporting in UnaNet.
• Attend and support TARS Program meetings as needed.
• Travel may be required.
• Perform additional duties and related responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
Required
• Professional, and customer-service oriented with a welcoming attitude.
• Excellent organization, communication, and documentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• High level of confidentiality and discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
• Self-starter who takes initiative and follows through on assignments.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and sound judgment.
• Experience developing, documenting, and implementing administrative procedures.
• Ability to facilitate action item completion and resolution.
• Successful completion of a background investigation.
Ability to obtain and maintain a CBP Public Trust clearance.
Preferred
• Previous experience with UnaNet and Paylocity.
• Experience with collective bargaining agreements.
• Experience working with represented personnel.
Experience supporting U.S. Government contracts and working within established contractual and administrative requirements.
• Previous experience supporting OCONUS deployments.
• Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal direction.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Contract Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of administrative, clerical, program support, contract administration, or related experience required.
