  • Provides 26 full weekends off (not including vacation). Weekend includes Friday - Sunday off!
  • Provides 182 days off per year (not including vacation)
  • 6:00AM - 6:30PM (Day)
  • 6:00PM - 6:30AM (Evening)
  • Week starts Sunday and ends Saturday
  • 2 Days Work-2 Days Off, 3 Days Work - 2 Days Off, 2 Days Work - 3 Days Off
  • Work every other weekend

What key responsibilities would you assume in this role?
  1. Assembly Quality & Compliance
    • Perform complex medical device assembly following approved work instructions, drawings, and GMP requirements.
    • Conduct in-process inspections and quality checks using gauges and inspection tools to ensure product conformance.
    • Accurately complete production and quality documentation, including tracking, scrap reporting, and inspection records.
    • Identify and escalate nonconforming materials, defects, and process issues to prevent quality escapes.
    • Maintain cleanroom, safety, and regulatory compliance, including proper PPE and gowning procedures.
  2. Complex Assembly Execution
    • Assemble products efficiently while meeting defined quality and workmanship standards to support on-time delivery.
    • Set up and stage tools, materials, and equipment required for assembly operations.
    • Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and escalate as needed to support continuous production.
    • Support line clearances and changeovers to ensure smooth transitions between products.
  3. New Product Support
    • Assist with new product builds by learning new processes and applying assembly expertise.
    • Partner with cross-functional teams to provide feedback on manufacturability and process improvements.
    • Participate in training to support new product introductions and evolving processes.
