Job description

Adecco is hiring Wiring Harness Assembly Technicians to join a premier manufacturing team in Columbia City, IN! This is a great opportunity for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who enjoy hands-on work.
Pay: Starting at $18.00 hourly
Shift:  Monday - Thursday, 6:45 AM-4:30 PM. This is four 10 hour days, giving you a 3 day weekend, every weekend!
Responsibilities

  • Assemble wiring harnesses according to work instructions

  • Use hand tools such as wire crimpers, wire strippers, and cutters

  • Route, bundle, and secure wires according to quality standards.

  • Perform basic inspections to ensure completed assemblies meet accuracy and quality requirements.

  • Read and follow assembly drawings, work instructions, and production documents.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

  • Meet production goals while following all safety and quality requirements.


Qualifications

  • Previous wiring harness assembly experience preferred but not required.

  • Experience using wire crimpers, wire strippers, and other hand tools is a plus.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.

  • Ability to follow written instructions and work independently or as part of a team.

  • Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.

  • Ability to stand, sit, and perform repetitive movements for extended periods.
