Assembly Technician

Pay: Entry Level $18, up to $22 starting with experience + Full Benefits

What You'll Do

We're looking for a hands-on Assembly Technician to join our team. In this role, you'll use hand and power tools to assemble, sand, grind, and finish parts while ensuring quality standards are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble parts using hand and power tools
  • Sand, grind, and finish products to quality standards
  • Install hardware such as bolts, brackets, and washers
  • Inspect completed work for accuracy and quality
  • Follow work instructions and safety procedures
  • Track production and complete basic documentation
  • Assist with packaging and shipping as needed
Qualifications
  • Manufacturing, assembly, production, or mechanical experience preferred
  • Comfortable using hand and power tools
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift
  • Ability to read work instructions and learn new processes
  • Reliable and safety-focused

Experience with sanding, grinding, mechanical assembly, fiberglass, composites, machine operation, or general production work is a plus, but training is available

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
