Entry-Level Assembly Technician

Position Summary:

We are seeking an Entry-Level Assembly Technician who is responsible for assembling, testing, and inspecting components and finished products according to company specifications and quality standards. This role supports production goals by ensuring all work is completed accurately, efficiently, and safely. Training will be provided, and this position offers opportunities for growth within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble electric vehicles, trailers, and pallet jacks according to work instructions, blueprints, or diagrams.
  • Assemble HD and SA kits
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Inspect parts and assemblies for defects to ensure product quality.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and company policies.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Assist with troubleshooting and resolving assembly or quality issues.
  • Report production or quality concerns to the supervisor immediately.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support team and production objectives.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
  • Prior manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus but not required โ€” training will be provided.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use tools safely.
  • Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work well independently and in a team environment.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods.
  • Manual dexterity for handling small parts and tools.
