To thrive as a Contract Arabic Translator or Interpreter, you need fluency in both Arabic and English (or another target language), strong linguistic skills, and a background in translation, linguistics, or a related field. Proficiency in computer-assisted translation (CAT) tools, terminology management systems, and familiarity with industry-specific software or certifications such as ATA (American Translators Association) are often required.
