Job Title:  Contract Analyst II

Location:  Remote

Duration:  6+ Months

Pay rate:   $34.25/hr on W2 (Without Benefits)

 

Job Description:

Under general direction of the Accounting Manager, responsible for accurately entering contract fees information into the contract accounting module of the SAP system.

The ideal candidate for this position should have strong organization skills, attention to detail, and be proactive and self-motivated to meet deadlines. Proficiency in using SAP systems is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Review new contracts and amendments to create new agreement setups and make changes to existing agreements in the SAP system contract accounting module. Complete daily change reviews and update tracking files.
  • Work with account managers on contract questions and provide reminders on expiring agreements.
  • Create various monthly and quarterly audit reports. Research questions from Accounting Manager on agreement setups.
  • Meet month end deadline for entering all contract updates in the system.

Education and Work Experience:

  • Requires a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting with 2+ years work experience in related field

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to perform tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
