Role Overview

We are looking for analytical and detail-oriented Business Analysts / Educational Raters to support projects focused on improving and evaluating Large Language Models (LLMs), including AI systems such as ChatGPT and Gemini.

The role involves analyzing complex educational and research-based content, conducting online research, evaluating AI-generated responses, identifying inaccuracies, and providing detailed explanations and annotations to improve AI model performance.

This opportunity is well suited for candidates with backgrounds in analysis, research, education, writing, journalism, communications, literature, engineering, statistics, or related fields.

Must-Have Requirements

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • 1+ year of relevant professional, academic, research, analytical, or writing experience
  • Strong research, analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluency in U.S. English (en-US)
