Job Title: Senior Business Application Analyst (Facets)

Location: Remote

Duration: 6 Months Contract

Pay: $45–$50/hr. on W2

Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Business Application Analyst with strong Facets and healthcare payer experience. The ideal candidate will support Facets product builds, benefits configuration, claims processing, and system implementations while partnering with business and technical teams to deliver effective solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Configure and maintain Facets product builds and benefit plans.
  • Analyze business requirements and provide technical solutions.
  • Support implementations, workflow improvements, and issue resolution.
  • Participate in SDLC activities including design, testing, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate claims processing.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Business/Application Systems Analyst experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Facets, including product builds and benefits configuration.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare insurance, payer operations, and claims adjudication.
  • Experience with healthcare benefit setup, workflow analysis, and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of SDLC, business analysis, and system configuration.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
