Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist (Contract)

Location (city, state): On-Site in Bellevue, WA

Compensation: $30-35/hour

Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience with full-cycle AP invoice processing in a high volume environment
  • Experience in the construction or property management industries
  • Yardi experience is a plus

Job Description:

  • Manage full-cycle accounts payable
  • Process approximately 125 invoices per week / 500 per month
  • Process invoices accurately and efficiently
  • Assist with GL coding
  • Maintain accurate AP records and documentation
  • Support other accounts payable activities as needed
