A Continuous Improvement Engineer Intern supports projects aimed at improving processes, efficiency, and quality within an organization. They typically work under the guidance of senior engineers to collect and analyze data, identify areas for improvement, and help implement solutions using methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma. Their role may also include creating documentation, assisting with training sessions, and tracking the results of improvement initiatives. This internship provides hands-on experience in problem-solving and process optimization within a real-world business setting.
