Job description

Meet the team:

The People team at Latitude is looking for a People Operations Coordinator [Contract] to join our team! Our team manages all of Latitude's people operations needs, including benefits, recruitment, business partner support, training and development, HR operations, HR technology, and immigration. This individual will support our HR Operations team, which oversees HR technology, immigration, global mobility, compensation, equity, onboarding, contingent workers, and compliance.

This contract will be 12 months in length.

What you'll do: 

In this role, you will support several workstreams within the HR Operations function, including but not limited to:

  • Contingent Workforce Program: Provide coordination support to HR Operations and HR Business Partner points of contact in managing administrative aspects of Latitude's Contingent Workforce Program, including initial setup in Workday and day-to-day vendor communications
  • Immigration: Support administrative aspects of Latitude's PERM recruitment efforts to include application review and initial interview coordination
  • Compensation & Equity: Execute basic reporting and data management to aid in Latitude's annual compensation review and change process
  • HR Technology: Assist with basic administrative tasks, data entry, and system support within Workday (HRIS) and Greenhouse
  • Onboarding: Support the People Operations Coordinator in facilitating new hire onboarding tasks and orientation needs

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems or related area
  • 2+ years of relevant in Human Resources experience
  • 1+ years of direct Workday experience
  • Excellent coordination, organization and multitasking skills
  • Keen attention to detail and appropriate handling of sensitive information
  • Ability to efficiently communicate, escalate and problem solve as needed
  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly evolving environment
  • "Can do" attitude and teamplayer

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Greenhouse (ATS)
  • Experience with Lattice (People Success Platform)
  • Experience in the Tech industry and/or a Start-up environment
