Could you be the full-time onsite Program Manager in Pittsburgh, PA, US we're looking for?
Your future role
"Take on a new challenge and apply your project and program management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.
You'll drive impactful results by ensuring the successful delivery of Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) commitments for programs. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business, including Engineering, Research & Development, and Project Management, to align program roadmaps and ensure on-time delivery. You'll also lead program reviews, manage risks, and implement improvement plans to enhance efficiency and competitiveness, and much more."
We'll look to you for:
  • Leading the program development activities and delivering the program's baselines according to the Engineering Management Plan and the Quality Cost Delivery (QCD) commitments. ,
  • Proposing and maintaining the development detailed roadmap implementation aligned with solutions needs and requirements, in coordination with other Program Managers as needed, ensuring safety and quality, application competitiveness, customer orientation, and innovation. ,
  • Managing, controlling, and executing timely all developments related to the program (performances, planning/delivery, cost, risks, savings) and ensuring compliance with the approved QCD commitments. ,
  • Managing Delivery On-Time (IOT/DOT - IOT-i/DOT-i) commitment and change. ,
  • Coordinating all program Work Packages, capacity/resource analysis/risks, and mitigation plans with the unit/team according to the Program Development Organization (PDO). ,
  • Ensuring that Gate/Design/Peer Review decisions are implemented.
