  • Directly engage with portfolio marketers, business leaders, communications team members, and other stakeholders on high-performing campaign planning and execution
  • Make recommendations on content strategy, development, and deployment, including derivative content
  • Review content and creative assets to ensure quality control for all projects against applicable standards
  • Understand the targeted outcomes and monitor ongoing campaign performance, recommending adjustments as needed
  • Drive decisions on campaign resources, negotiate SOWs, and determine timelines
  • Lead post-campaign analysis (ROI) and lessons learned
  • Bring innovative thinking and best practices to all marketing activities

  • Ability to work in a matrixed environment and build trusted relationships across a diverse group of stakeholders
  • An understanding of how to communicate priorities, mitigate impacts, and manage multiple technical projects with competing deadlines and stakeholders, and where requirements often change

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in Marketing with a focus on Marketing strategy and planning
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related discipline
  • Prior experience working on a virtual team within a highly matrixed organization, preferably for a global corporation or professional services firm
  • Microsoft Office Suite skills (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with integrating various technologies to support marketing efforts
  • Understanding of Agile methodology and experience in Workfront are preferred
  • Travel up to 10%

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
