Internship Summary

The Winsupply Internship Program offers students a unique opportunity to build valuable skills through immersive classroom learning, off-site training, and a collaborative capstone project. Participants will not only develop their careers but also make a significant impact within the Winsupply organization, contributing to innovative solutions and long-term success.

Position Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and versatile Marketing Associate Intern to join our dynamic team. This role will provide the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both digital and traditional marketing, helping to execute comprehensive marketing strategies that increase brand visibility and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker, adaptable to both online and offline marketing channels, and eager to learn how to maximize marketing efforts across various platforms.

Accountabilities/Responsibilities

Digital Marketing:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and online advertising platforms.
  • Create and manage Google Ads campaigns (PPC, Display, YouTube, etc.).
  • Manage and update social media accounts, create engaging content, and monitor analytics to optimize performance.
  • Assist in executing email marketing campaigns, including content creation, list segmentation, and performance analysis.

Traditional Marketing:

  • Plan and coordinate traditional marketing efforts such as print collateral, direct mail, and events.
  • Collaborate with vendors and agencies to produce marketing materials.
  • Assist in organizing and executing events, trade shows, and promotional activities.

Content Creation:

  • Create engaging and effective content for both digital and traditional channels.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing materials.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Monitor key performance metrics for digital marketing campaigns and provide actionable insights.
  • Generate regular reports to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies and suggest improvements.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and product teams, to align marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Support external partners and vendors to ensure the smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
