Overview

The Social & Content Strategist leads the vision for content/influencer territories, social platform amplification and strategic connectivity across paid, earned, shared and owned (PESO) channels ensuring unified efforts that support the brand's overall campaign strategy. The role bridges internal teams, agency partners and creator networks to drive cohesive, insight-led content activations from briefing through performance analysis.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop pre-brief discovery insights to inform campaign briefs, creator selection, and content strategy
  • Interrogate briefs, ensuring brand objectives are properly translated for marketing touchpoints
  • Drive cohesive strategic direction across content development, serving as a filter for initial content review and approval
  • Provide input into paid amplification content prioritization, tactics, and optimization across PESO channels
  • Analyze campaign performance, distill learnings, and apply insights across the brand portfolio to improve future activations
  • Curate and present social trends & cultural insight recommendations aligned with brand marketing priorities
  • Manage project timelines and cross-functional collaboration to ensure on-pace execution across creator campaigns
Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • 4-6 years of experience in social media strategy, influencer/creator marketing, integrated digital marketing or custom content/strategy
  • Bachelor's degree 
  • Demonstrated expertise working across PESO channels with a strong understanding of paid social, creator ecosystems, and content amplification
  • Experience managing cross-functional workstreams involving internal teams, agency partners, and external vendors
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate campaign performance data into actionable strategic recommendations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Agency experience
  • Proficiency with social platforms, social listening, analytics, and creator management platforms
  • Familiarity with AI-powered insight tools and trend analysis methodologies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • Track record of successfully managing end-to-end workstreams with measurable business impact

 Compensation Range: USD $106,780.00 - USD $170,937.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
