Job description

  • Oversees the overall content and flow of the show, ensuring alignment with creative and strategic goals.
  • Collaborates closely with talent, ensuring they are prepared for each segment.
  • Manages all pre-production activities, including script reviews, shot lists, and segment planning.
  • Coordinates with graphics, video tape (VT) operators, and replay teams to ensure timely delivery of assets.
  • Directs communication between departments to ensure smooth execution during live broadcasts.
  • Assists with managing the production timeline, making decisions on pacing and content inclusion/exclusion.
  • Ensures post-production activities, such as content reviews and edits, are completed to the required standards.
  • Supervises the Associate Producer and assigns tasks related to segment management and research.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
