Position Overview

The Marketing Manager will help drive Minno's SEO- and AEO-led growth by supporting the execution of our resource center, email and SMS programs, and related content operations. This role will be responsible for building and managing key conversion paths that turn visitors into subscribers, including landing pages, forms, follow-up flows, and supporting data and systems. We're looking for someone who can execute strategy, think through the customer journey, use AI and experimentation to improve how work gets done, and help turn ideas into action.

Impact and Opportunity

This role will help grow Minno's audience and subscriber base by connecting content, SEO/AEO, email, SMS, and conversion pathways. The Marketing Manager will turn strategy into action by improving how visitors become subscribers and how leads and members move through key lifecycle journeys.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys execution, organization, experimentation, and using tools - including AI - to make marketing work smarter and faster.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute Minno's content, SEO, and AEO priorities to increase content output, organic rankings, and search visibility over time.
  • Build and manage lifecycle pathways that grow email and SMS subscribers from content and resource center traffic.
  • Own the execution of connected lifecycle marketing journeys across web, email, and SMS to support conversion, engagement, and retention.
  • Manage content marketing operations to keep deliverables on schedule, publishing consistent, and priorities moving from plan to launch.
  • Leverage AI tools and resources to increase efficiency and improve the quality of content planning, production, editing, reporting, and gap identification.
  • Maintain timely reporting and organized execution across marketing initiatives so leaders have clear visibility into performance, progress, and issues requiring action.

Key Performance Indicators

Success in this role will be measured across several areas, including:

  • Growth in email and SMS subscribers from content, resource center, landing page, and form sources
  • Improved conversion rates from content visitors to known leads and subscribers
  • Increased SEO/AEO visibility, organic traffic, priority keyword rankings, and content discoverability
  • Consistent execution of resource center, blog, lifecycle, and campaign priorities
  • Stronger lifecycle coverage across acquisition, onboarding, engagement, conversion, retention, and win-back touchpoints
  • Improved email and SMS performance, including engagement, click-through, conversion, unsubscribe, and list-health metrics
  • Clearer segmentation and more effective audience targeting across lead and member journeys

Better use of data and reporting to identify issues, opportunities, and next-best actions

  • Increased operational efficiency through stronger workflows, tool adoption, AI use, and reduced dependency on day-to-day leadership direction
  • High-quality execution with strong attention to detail, timely QA, organized project tracking, and reliable follow-through

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role with hands-on campaign or content execution
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
  • Experience building, QAing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns and flows
  • Strong project management, organization, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and adapt quickly
  • Comfort using AI and marketing tools to improve execution and efficiency
  • Ability to interpret basic performance data and identify issues or opportunities

Required Skills and Technical Knowledge

  • Experience building and optimizing email campaigns and automated flows
  • Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing, customer journeys, and subscriber growth
  • Familiarity with SEO/AEO, content marketing, landing pages, forms, and conversion paths
  • Comfort using tools such as Klaviyo, Ahrefs, CMS platforms, form tools, analytics tools, and AI
  • Strong writing, editing, project management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to interpret basic performance data and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-moving, evolving environment
