Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring an HR Operations Specialist to contribute to our team in La Vergne TNThe HR Operations Specialist supports HR Operations across all U.S. distribution and manufacturing sites in enhancing associate onboarding and engagement initiatives. They will design and manage the associate onboarding lifecycle, analyze associate engagement data to surface actionable insights, build and maintain associate experience reporting, and support the development and standardization of HR standard operating procedures and execution frameworks.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or directly related year for year experience
  • 3 years of human resources experience working with associate engagement, onboarding program management, or HR analytics.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience developing and delivering HR dashboards, reporting, and data visualizations that translate workforce data into actionable insights
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with experience analyzing large, complex datasets
  • Experience analyzing associate engagement data, survey results, and retention metrics to identify trends and drive recommendations
  • Demonstrated ability to design or enhance onboarding or associate experience programs using data-driven decision-making
  • Experience creating standard operating procedures (SOPs) and driving process standardization within HR or operations environments

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with HR leaders to design and manage a best-in-class onboarding program that supports associate readiness and early engagement across all U.S. sites.
  • Partner with HR leaders to ensure onboarding practices align with site-specific and ICG standards.
  • Develop and implement initiatives that strengthen workplace culture, belonging, and associate connection
  • Serve as a champion of company values - embedding them into programs, communications, and daily interactions
  • Analyze operations turnover trends and exit interview data to identify root causes and recommend targeted interventions
  • Partner with HR leaders to develop proactive retention strategies for high-risk roles and teams
  • Build and manage stay interview programs, ensuring consistency and quality of execution, to surface concerns before they lead to attrition
  • Track and report on key associate experience metrics, including retention, engagement, and onboarding effectiveness, presenting insights and action plans to HR leaders on a regular cadence
  • Administer associate engagement surveys (pulse and annual), analyze results, and translate findings into actionable site-level and enterprise-level recommendations.
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices to keep engagement programs fresh, competitive, and relevant
  • Maintain and update associate experience content on internal communication platforms, HR systems and collaboration tools.
  • Support the development, documentation, and rollout of HR standard operating procedures
  • Assist with HR projects and cross-functional initiatives that support organizational goals and associate experience strategies

Hiring Salary Range: $65,224k - $82,466k. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. It will be determined by factors including but not limited to:  the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geographic location, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
