Job description

Position Purpose:
Manage, maintain, strategize, and update all approved digital content on ministry websites, including awmi.net, store.awmi.net, Gospel Truth Network, A.R.M.I., and courses.awmi.net. Verifies all progress documentation within the approved task management system is maintained. Maintains operational functions for all registration and reporting as needed.
Essential Duties:
  • Maintain all ministry website content, images, and media updates.
  • Regularly test web pages and content for quality, functionality, and performance.
  • Perform uploads to various platforms (or the CDN), including, but not limited to, PDFs, audio, and video files.
  • Create and update event registration pages utilizing 3rd party products.
  • Edit HTML as needed and ensure functionality on web pages.
  • Manage online forms and permissions to those forms.
  • Strategize improvements for all ministry websites.
  • Manage integrations between platforms.
  • Report on all ministry websites.
  • Other duties assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Ability to create reports as needed using Microsoft Suite tools.
  • Ability to edit web images using programs like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.
  • Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of development environments (i.e., test, production, and staging).
  • Ability to work with WordPress, Nextcloud, AWS, Google Analytics, HubSpot, and other programs as needed.
  • Excels in interpersonal communication, both written and verbal, while showing attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle a wide variety of duties with minimal supervision.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.

Requirements:
  • Must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
  • Must sign the Statement of Faith.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent education is required.
  • A Charis Bible College student or graduate is preferred.
  • Must pass all required checks.

Experience:
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience in website administration.
  • Experience with embedding IFrames into specific platforms.
  • Experience and working knowledge of WordPress, Studio Online, and Studio Enterprise.
  • Experience preparing, processing, and publishing website audio/video files preferred.
  • Compensation is commensurate with experience.
