Website Migration Content Specialist is a remote, exempt contract role expected to last through the end of December 2026. This role supports the continuous transformation of a digital ecosystem by localizing dealer website platforms and supporting a successful roll-out to the U.S. dealer network. The position focuses on content migration, CMS content management, website quality assurance, SEO best practices, dealer onboarding, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver premium digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities



  • Create, customize, edit, and format content within the Content Management System (CMS) - Storyblok - to ensure a consistent and engaging user experience across dealer websites.

  • Analyze and migrate dealers' current websites to the new dealer website platform, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

  • Create unique dealer websites, including page layouts, content, imagery, and SEO optimization, utilizing Storyblok, marketing and design guidelines, templates, best practices, technical requirements, and editorial guidelines.

  • QA dealer websites to identify and address any issues related to formatting, links, and overall presentation.

  • Assist in designing a smooth onboarding experience for dealers based on existing systems and dealer requirements.

  • Collaborate with an international team of Content Managers, dealers, internal teams, support teams, and product teams.

  • Create and maintain documentation for content management processes and guidelines, and implement continuous process improvement efforts based on learnings.

  • Promote the new website platform and manage expectations with dealers.

  • Provide training and support to dealers, their agencies, or other content contributors on Storyblok best practices, content management processes, and tools.

  • Provide new feature roll-out support to dealers, troubleshooting support, frequently asked questions documentation, documentation of dealer requirements and feedback etc.

  • Follow website & SEO best practices and serve as a subject matter expert to internal teams.



Qualifications
Required:



  • Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in digital marketing, communications, web design or similar required

  • Experience (Job and Industry):

  • 2 - 5 years of experience in the North American automotive industry, Digital Marketing industry, or related field

  • 2 - 5 years of experience as a Content Manager / Author or similar role, with a focus on content management within Storyblok or similar CMS

  • Experience with Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

  • Experience in managing complex projects and/or marketing technology operations

  • Previous experience in cross-functional teams and projects required, preferred with international teams

  • Knowledge of dealership digital marketing processes in the automotive industry is helpful

  • Advanced experience with standard MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

  • Skills and Competencies:

  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality content

  • Ability to effectively work within a cross-functional team and adapt to changing requirements

  • Ability to analyze complex problems, proactively propose effective solutions, and troubleshoot issues efficiently

  • Knowledge of digital marketing beneficial

  • Knowledge of Consent Management Platforms beneficial

  • Knowledge of Tag Management, preferably with the Tealium Tag manager, beneficial

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey technical information in a clear and understandable manner

  • Willingness to learn new technologies and tools as needed

  • Ability to prioritize and work under tight deadlines

  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills

  • Independent and fast work style, high dedication and motivation

Additional Details
The base range for this contract position is $44.49 - $54.49 / per hour, depending on experience. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
