Job description

Position Summary...The WatchFree+ Content Operations team keeps our streaming library healthy, compliant, and consistently available for customers. We operate at the intersection of content partners and internal stakeholders—translating delivery requirements into reliable ingest, launch, and maintenance workflows. This role directly influences customer experience by preventing playback issues, ensuring accurate metadata and artwork, and maintaining clear lifecycle status across channels and assets as the catalog scales.What you'll do...
  • Manage end-to-end ingest and launch of FAST channels and library assets from external partners. 

  • Validate video files, metadata, artwork, captions, and ad markers to meet quality, safety, and compliance standards. 

  • Monitor ingestion pipelines; review error/failure reports and resolve delivery or playback issues. 

  • Maintain accurate asset/channel lifecycle status (adds, updates, takedowns) and catalog availability. 

  • Improve operational workflows and support new playback formats aligned to the product roadmap. 

What you’ll bring  

  • Experience in content operations, digital media supply chain, or streaming ingest/catalog management. 

  • Strong metadata creation/validation and quality control skills. 

  • Familiarity with video formats/codecs, captions, artwork specs, and ad marker concepts. 

  • Proven ability to troubleshoot ingest/playback errors using logs, reports, and partner coordination. 

  • Advanced Excel skills; basic Python scripting for automation/data validation is a plus.
