As we expand our team and suite of services, we are looking for motivated talent to help grow our brand and drive meaningful impact in a highly specialized industry. The Marketing Associate will play a key role in supporting LighthouseAI's marketing efforts through the management of email campaigns, overseeing social media content, maintaining our marketing database, and supporting lead generation initiatives. This is a fully remote, full-time position offering the opportunity to grow within a dynamic and mission-driven company.
This is a full-time remote position.
Working Hours: Monday-Friday 8am - 4:30pm
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage and execute email marketing campaigns and content
  • Create, schedule, and manage social media content
  • Marketing lead research and lead qualifying
  • Maintain and improve marketing database quality and hygiene
  • Manage website updates and publish blog content
  • Manage inbound lead requests to appropriate parties and data entry into CRM
  • Collaborate on additional marketing and business development projects as needed

Work Experience Qualifications:
  • 2+ years in a similar Marketing role
  • Experience with various social media platforms and content scheduling
  • Experience managing CRM data; Salesforce experience strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Pardot, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Previous experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or regulatory industry is a plus

Other Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Self-starter mentality with strong time management and organizational skills

Compensation:
  • Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 annually, commensurate with experience
