Responsibilities of the Marketing Coordinator entail:

  • Manage the marketing process for new and used truck inventory, including the accurate and timely input of all truck inventory and related equipment specifications into CIT's digital marketing system, print advertising outlets, and other marketing options, as authorized.
  • Coordinate the creation, design, and distribution of product and service sales flyers and promotions with department managers.
  • Assist the Business Development staff in maintaining CIT's customer database to ensure current and potential customer records are accurate and updated.
  • Assist in the overall marketing and promotion of CIT products, services, and brand, as directed, through the following duties:
  • Creation and implementation of merchandising plans for all CIT departments. 
  • Creation and distribution of e-commerce, social media, e-mail, and bulk mail campaigns
  • Creation and maintenance of marketing content for the company's digital display network (i.e., video display advertising at all CIT dealerships) 
  • Coordination and production of company videos and photography
  • Maintenance of the CIT website
  • Creation of traditional print ads, company brochures, and other approved marketing initiatives. 
  • Track the impact of marketing campaigns and summarize results for management.
  • Maintain the inventory of promotional materials used by sales teams and company recruiters.
  • Assist the Human Resources Department with the design, branding, and content of promotional materials for employee recruiting campaigns and events.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
