Job description

MAIN FUNCTION:

The Content Marketing Associate will collaborate closely with the Content Marketing Specialist and assist with video creation, marketing campaigns, social media planning and posting, setting up paid ads, and other content-driven projects. This is a supportive role in developing content and marketing efforts.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2-3 years of experience in content creation for the web, as well as channel-specific knowledge (e.g. Social channels, blog sites, etc.)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Marketing or a related major
  • Self-starter with demonstrated project management experience
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent written, oral, and visual communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams / projects simultaneously
  • Critical-thinker and problem-solver
  • Adobe Suite knowledge a plus
  • Copywriting abilities a plus

  • Assist in managing the content calendar to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and social media updates across multiple platforms
  • Setup and monitor social media paid ads across all platforms based on a quarterly budget and target dates
  • Assist in creating high-quality, visually appealing content, including images, videos, and sales collateral
  • Support team in creating scripts for video content being produced
  • Work closely with designers, product marketing, and other industry partners as needed to create marketing content, supporting the product lines across professional and consumer audiences
  • Stay current on content marketing trends and bring new ideas to explore
  • Assist with tracking and analyzing content performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve engagement, traffic, and conversion rates
  • Monitor, respond to, and report on online comments and direct messages
  • Other activities as assigned


COMPENSATION:

The base salary range for this position is $50,000.00 to $60,000.00; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget.
