Job description

Brand Marketing Manager
This position is located in Wilmington, Delaware.
Brand Marketing Manager
What Sets You Apart:
Are you a full-funnel marketer who thrives on owning the whole picture? We are looking
for a strategic and driven Brand Marketing Manager to serve as the marketing leader for
G Fedale. This is not a support role -- you are the marketing department. If you can
drive demand, build brand equity, own the customer relationship, and report on all of it
with confidence, we want you on our team.
How You Will Help: As a Brand Marketing Manager, you will own the marketing funnel
from lead generation to organic social, reputation management, customer loyalty, and
local content. This is a hands-on individual contributor role responsible for executing
marketing initiatives that generate new customer opportunities while increasing
engagement, retention, and referrals from our existing customer base. You will operate
across every marketing channel and serve as the primary marketing partner to brand
leadership. Your decisions directly shape how the brand grows, how it is perceived in its
market, and how effectively it converts awareness into revenue.
Responsibilities:
1.Google Local Service Ads (LSA): Own LSA strategy and execution, including
bid management, budget, spend pacing, and lead quality review. Make real-time
optimization decisions to maximize lead volume and ROI.
2.Leads Performance: Monitor lead flow, identify underperformance, and
diagnose root causes. Analyze conversion funnel data and surface actionable
recommendations to the Regional Marketing Manager. Work closely with brand-
level teams to align lead flow with appointment goals and capacity. Execute
marketing initiatives that drive qualified lead generation through digital,
traditional, customer loyalty, referral, and on-location marketing channels. Lead
customer acquisition efforts through community events, sponsorships,
association involvement, local partnerships, and grassroots marketing
opportunities. Balance lead generation, customer loyalty, and brand awareness
campaigns to support broader organizational goals.
3. Ad Spend Management: Manage advertising budgets for the Brand. Make real-
time pacing and allocation recommendations to maximize return on ad spend.
Track expenditures, ensure financial accuracy, and report on budget
performance.
4. Event Coordination: Lead planning of local events and home shows. Manage
vendor relationships, logistics, on-site coordination, and post-event reporting.
Align event strategy with brand objectives and seasonal demand priorities.
5. Sponsorships: Strengthen community presence and brand visibility through
local partnerships, networking opportunities, and sponsorships. Evaluate local
sponsorship opportunities and manage ongoing partner relationships. Assess
ROI against brand objectives and make recommendations on renewals or new
investments. Coordinate branded materials and presence for all sponsorship
activations.
6. Customer Loyalty: Own repeat and referral campaigns, driving revenue from
the existing customer base. Develop and execute targeted outbound campaigns
via email and SMS to past customers, referral audiences, and cross-sell
opportunities. Analyze campaign performance and implement data-driven
optimizations to improve engagement, conversion, and lifetime customer value.
7. Brand Engagement: Conduct regular marketing performance reviews and
support on-site execution of events and activations. Serve as the performance
marketing subject-matter expert in brand-level business reviews, translating
performance metrics into actionable insights for brand leadership.
8. Organic Social Media: Own social media strategy and execution, including
content planning, creation, scheduling, and platform management. Develop
brand-consistent content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and
other relevant platforms that reflects the brand's voice and local community. Stay
current on platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging formats and
translate them into actionable content recommendations.
9. Community Management: Monitor social media and online channels for
comments, mentions, and messages and respond promptly and professionally.
Build and maintain an active, engaged online community for the brand. Identify
opportunities to strengthen brand relationships with local audiences through
organic engagement, partnerships, and community-facing content.
10. Google Business Profile (GBP): Own GBP management, including listing
accuracy, photo libraries, posts, Q&A, and service descriptions. Monitor and
optimize profile performance to improve local search visibility and map pack
presence. Ensure consistency of business information across all profiles and
correct discrepancies across third-party directories.
11. Reviews & Online Reputation: Manage online reputation efforts to support
review growth, lead generation, and brand awareness. Monitor and respond to
customer reviews in a timely and brand-appropriate manner. Implement
strategies to encourage satisfied customers to leave positive reviews, supporting
each brand's local reputation and search ranking. Track review volume and
sentiment trends by brand and surface insights to the Regional Marketing
Manager. Identify recurring themes in negative feedback and escalate patterns
that may indicate operational issues.
12. Local Content Creation: Curate a living photo and video library, including job
site shots, before and afters, crew highlights, and customer clips. Work directly
with field teams and project managers to capture content from active jobs,
ensuring a consistent pipeline of authentic, local creative assets.
13. Brand Engagement: Travel regularly within the region to maintain working
relationships, conduct in-market brand reviews, and support content creation.
Serve as the brand marketing subject-matter expert in brand-level business
reviews, translating brand performance metrics into actionable insights for brand
leadership.
14. Other duties as assigned.
What You'll Need:
1. 5+ years of experience in a marketing, advertising, or lead generation role
2. Demonstrated experience managing paid media or LSA programs with direct
budget responsibility.
3. Strong analytical skills - comfortable pulling data, identifying trends, and
translating findings into action.
4. Ability to manage multiple priorities across multiple brands simultaneously
without requiring daily direction.
5. Proficiency in Google LSA platform and excel.
6. Experience managing social media and online reputation across multiple
locations or brands simultaneously.
7. Strong creative instincts paired with analytical discipline - you can build a
content calendar and read a performance dashboard with equal confidence.
8. Experience managing Google Business Profiles and reputation management
platforms.
9. Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt voice and tone across distinct brand
identities.
10. Experience in home services, multi-location, or franchise marketing preferred.
11. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate
across brand and regional teams.
12. Solid problem-solving and independent decision-making abilities
13. Other duties as assigned.
What We Offer:
1. Competitive compensation and 401(k) with company matching.
2. Comprehensive healthcare options for you and your dependents.
3. Paid time off and holidays.
4. Professional development and growth within a scaling national marketing
organization.
5. A collaborative team culture with genuine support from leadership.
6. The opportunity to build deep expertise across a diverse portfolio of home
services brands.
