JPMorgan Chase is a global leader in financial services, committed to delivering innovative solutions and exceptional customer experiences. We foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement, guided by our core values of integrity, accountability, and client focus.

Position Overview:

Help shape how customers experience our digital channels by building a modern content authoring and publishing function. You will set the standards and ways of working that enable teams to move fast while keeping quality and controls high. We are seeking a strategic, execution-oriented leader to stand up and scale a centralized content authoring function within Chase Owned Channels. This Vice President will establish the operating model, standards, and editorial governance required to deliver high-quality, compliant, customer-first content at speed and at scale. The role will also help elevate and modernize the customer experience over time through stronger content systems, disciplined quality control, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:

  • Stand up and lead the authoring function - build the team, define roles and expectations, and establish durable ways of working.
  • Create the authoring operating model - design end-to-end workflows, SLAs, intake/prioritization, and release coordination across Marketing, Product, and Technology.
  • Own content standards and governance - set editorial guidelines and establish decision rights, approval paths, and documentation to ensure consistency and control.
  • Drive AEM publishing excellence - partner with Product and Technology to define AEM authoring/publishing processes, templates/components, roles/permissions, and quality checks to enable scalable content delivery.
  • Ensure quality and risk discipline - implement QA, measurement, and continuous improvement routines to maintain high-quality, compliant customer-facing content.
  • Enable experience uplift over time - identify content opportunities to improve customer clarity and confidence across journeys and support ongoing optimization.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in digital content operations, content strategy, UX writing, editorial governance, or digital marketing/content management (financial services experience a plus).
  • Proven experience building and scaling teams and defining operating models, governance, and quality controls.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional programs with tight timelines and high standards for execution.
  • Strong executive communication and influence skills; ability to drive decisions, resolve ambiguity, and align stakeholders.
  • Experience working in or alongside a CMS-driven publishing model; hands-on familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated self-starter who proactively identifies opportunities, drives work forward, and delivers results with minimal oversight.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven, highly dynamic environment
