  • Orchestrate hotel content across the full hotel lifecycle - from launch through steady-state operations - ensuring speed, quality, and brand integrity as Hilton's digital presence scales
  • Coordinate copy, imagery, and components across multiple digital channels and platforms, managing content complexity and platform fragmentation in low-automation environments
  • Bridge Hilton's scalable Inspired web platform with our high-touch Curated content experience, adapting standards to varied technical and operational constraints including WordPress multi-platform environments
  • Balance near-term experience enhancements with long-term operational sustainability across ongoing content maintenance and refresh cycles

How you'll collaborate with others:

  • Act as a subject matter expert for complex hotel content models, advising partners on feasibility, tradeoffs, and downstream operational impact of platform and content decisions
  • Provide dedicated orchestration for high-volume new hotel openings and the expanding portfolio of hotels across Hilton's content pipeline
  • Work at the intersection of brand, platforms, and operations to ensure brand differentiation while managing technical and operational constraints
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement scalable best practices while delivering high-touch support for complex properties
  • Identify operational risks and inefficiencies, contributing to process improvements that enable sustainable scale

Deliverables you'll take ownership of:

  • End-to-end content orchestration for complex hotels where content complexity, platform fragmentation, and ongoing refresh demands are highest
  • Management of the growing ecosystem of components, copy, imagery, and refresh cycles across Hilton's owned and paid digital channels
  • Governance, tooling, and process improvements that address the operational reality of scaling premium, omnichannel guest experiences
  • Content standards and documentation that support both automated efficiency in standardized models and hands-on management
What It Takes to Make the Stay

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • Experience providing high level of customer service via email/teams/phone and content request systems (such as ServiceNow, Airtable or MS Planner)
  • Proficiency with content management systems
  • Proven copywriting and digital content editing experience
  • Understanding of basic HTML and website technologies
  • Based in Dallas, TX or McLean, VA (hybrid schedule, in office 3 days/week)

It would be useful if you have:

  • Proven Content Design experience
  • Experience using AI tools successfully
  • Knowledge of Accessibility (A11Y) requirements
