Required Experience: 5 years relevant experience (an additional 4 years experience may be substituted in lieu of degree).

Position Description:  

PingWind is seeking a Content Management System Specialist responsible for supporting the administration, configuration, and maintenance of content management systems to ensure controlled, accessible, and compliant management of MODES III digital content and documentation.

Responsibilities:

   Supports administration and day-to-day operation of content management systems used to store, manage, and publish program documentation and digital content.
   Assists with configuration of user access, permissions, workflows, and content structures to support secure and efficient content management.
   Supports content organization, metadata tagging, version control, and archival processes to ensure traceability and ease of retrieval.
   Assists with implementation of updates, enhancements, and configuration changes to content management platforms under established processes.
   Collaborates with configuration management, cybersecurity, and program teams to ensure content management practices align with security, compliance, and configuration control requirements.

Required Qualifications:

  Secret Clearance
