The Content Specialist is responsible for developing and deploying content and content strategies that align with our clients' objectives and target insights.  This role involves planning, creating, editing and analyzing content across various platforms to a high degree of excellence, meeting/exceeding the goals set for the work.


Content Execution & Support 

  • Support the development of content ideas based on trends, insights, and campaign objectives 

  • Translate briefs into engaging, platform-appropriate content across social and digital channels 

  • Execute content plans and monthly calendars in line with brand strategies 

  • Apply best practices to ensure content is optimized for each platform 

Content Creation/ Production 

  • Create and produce content across formats including:  

  • Video shooting and editing (short-form, social-first) 

  • Photography 

  • Copywriting 

  • Basic graphic design and light animation 

  • Assist with end-to-end content production, including:  

  • Pre-production (shot lists, scripts, basic planning) 

  • On-site production support including participation in video content where relevant 

  • Post-production editing and formatting 

  • Ensure all assets meet brand guidelines and quality standards 

Project Management 

  • Coordinate with internal teams (creative, production, account) to meet deadlines 

  • Assist in managing timelines, assets, and approvals to ensure smooth execution 

  • Liaise with freelancers or creators as needed including sourcing, briefing and ongoing communications for content creation  

Performance Tracking & Optimization 

  • Monitor content performance and flag insights or trends 

  • Support reporting by gathering data and contributing to post-campaign summaries 

  • Make recommendations for content optimization based on performance learnings 


    • 2โ€“4 years of experience in content creation, social media, or production 

    • Strong working knowledge of social platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) 

    • Experience creating and editing content using tools such as:  

    • Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Canva, or similar 

    • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects 

    • Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
