Job description

Ziegler Companies is seeking a Creative Strategy and Content Manager to lead the development of content strategy and execution across all market channels, translating brand direction and campaign objectives into high-quality, audience-centric content that drives engagement, demand and revenue. All while building scalable systems, templates and workflows that improve speed, consistency and efficiency across the organization.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of content strategy across campaigns, channels, and customer segments, aligned to brand standards and enterprise priorities.
  • Manage and develop an in-house content production team, including video producer and designer, ensuring high-quality execution aligned to brand standards.
  • Translate brand direction, campaign briefs and business objectives into effective, audience-ready content that supports awareness, engagement and conversion.
  • Build and maintain a scalable library of templates, toolkits and reusable assets to enable faster execution and more consistent brand expression across divisions and channels.
  • Establish efficient production workflows, intake processes and prioritization frameworks that improve speed to market and resource utilization across the Marketing COE.
  • Collaborate with Integrated Marketing to support campaign execution across channels, ensuring timely delivery of coordinated, high-impact assets.
  • Manage external agencies and production partners primarily for overflow capacity, specialized capabilities and early-stage concepting when needed.
  • Balance quality, cost and speed by optimizing in-house vs. outsourced production, with a focus on building internal capability over time.
  • Continuously improve content production processes, asset performance and reuse based on feedback, analytics and stakeholder needs.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Design, Journalism, Digital Media or related field required; portfolio or demonstrated body of creative/content work required. Equivalent agency or in-house creative leadership will be considered
  • 5 - 8+ years of experience in content strategy, creative direction and content production within a marketing or agency environment
  • Proven experience managing or working within multidisciplinary production teams (design, video, digital content) with a strong focus on execution quality and delivery.
  • Strong understanding of how content supports demand generation, customer journeys and commercial outcomes
  • Strong working knowledge of content production across formats, including video, digital, social, campaign and sales enablement materials.
  • Experience building scalable content systems, templates and asset libraries that improve efficiency and consistency.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage workflows, timelines, priorities and production pipelines in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to balance multiple concurrent initiatives and deadlines.
  • Experience working with external agencies and vendors, with an understanding of when to leverage external support vs. internal capabilities.
  • Ability to translate strategic direction and creative guidance into practical, high-quality outputs that meet business needs.
  • Understanding of how content supports the customer journey, campaign performance and commercial outcomes in a B2B or industrial setting.

The pay range for this position is
$109,700.00 to $137,100.00
Starting wage is dependent on skills, experience, education and location. Pay range may vary by 10% depending upon the applicant's location. Along with competitive pay, full time positions are benefits eligible which includes:
