Global Channel Management is a technology company that specializes in various types of recruiting and staff augmentation.  Our account managers and recruiters have over a decade of experience in various verticals. GCM understands the challenges companies face when it comes to the skills and experience needed to fill the void of the day to day function.  Organizations need to reduce training and labor costs but at same requiring the best "talent " for the job. 


Qualifications

Consumer Services Representative needs 2 years customer experience.


Consumer Services Representative requires: 

  • Optical store a plus
  • Sales
  • Customer service

Consumer Services Representative duties include:


  • Telephone and email support

Consumer Services Representative will be:

  • Training hours are 9:30-6:00....2 weeks
  • Potential shift hours between 11:30-9 M-F
  • Rotating Saturday shift is a possibility starting after 8 weeks
  • Scheduled 5 days in a row
  • Scheduled on a weekend day will have the other weekend day off (so if not M-F then T- Saturday or Sunday - Thursday)
