Job description

Title: Consumer Services Specialist
Location: Remote

Compana Pet Brands is a global leader in pet care and nutrition dedicated to enriching the lives of pets and their families today and for generations to come.
We are actively seeking a Consumer Services Specialist to join our growing organization and help us Nurture What You Love!
This role's primary responsibility will be serve as a brand advocate and will respond to questions, complaints, and comments in a courteous, professional, and timely manner, helping to ensure consumer satisfaction. This role will also contribute to continuous improvement of process in support of cross-functional collaboration and information sharing.
As our Consumer Services Specialist, you’ll make an impact by:
  • Receiving and responding to consumer contacts via inbound calls, email, live chats, social media, mail, and other platforms.
  • Managing concerns and issues in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner while guiding and educating consumers to resolution.
  • Educating consumers in product selection and proper use.
  • Supporting communication and information sharing with internal stakeholders (i.e. Operations, Marketing, Technical Services):
  • Logging all consumer contacts and case correspondence into CRM software in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Contributing feedback and suggestions to process improvements or other opportunities for improving the consumer experience
  • Participating in stakeholder discussions or special projects as requested.
What you need to succeed:
  • High School Diploma required, some college preferred .
  • 1-3 years direct experience in providing consumer/customer support, in the consumer packaged goods industry preferred.
  • Proven competency with data management software. 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Consumer-centric approach to all consumer interaction.
  • To better ensure for the operational performance and safety of the business and the individual, the ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions in English is required.
