Job Responsibilities

Project Execution and Coordination:

  • Supervise and manage daily construction activities on the job site, ensuring that work is progressing according to the project schedule and specifications.
  • Monitor and enforce safety protocols and practices to create a secure work environment for all personnel.

Quality Control and Assurance:

  • Inspect workmanship, materials, and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and project specifications.
  • Address and resolve any quality issues that arise during construction, working collaboratively with subcontractors and team members.

Schedule Management:

  • Develop and manage the project schedule, including sequencing of tasks, resource allocation, and coordination of activities.

Communication and Reporting:
