G1 Facility Services is a leading facility maintenance and construction provider, proudly serving customers nationally. We support varied industries, including Aviation, Food Services, and Hospitality. With over two decades of experience in the maintenance and construction industries, we are seeking to welcome a Construction Side/Laborer to join our dynamic team.


Compensation: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour (Based on experience), medical, vision, dental, life insurance, 401k


Shift: 7:30am - 4:00pm, Monday to Friday. Weekend availability is required


Responsibilities

  • Determine the appropriate materials and supplies necessary for each step of the job
  • Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment by preparing and cleaning construction areas before, during, and after projects
  • Assist with general construction site duties and daily project operations
  • Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment at job sites
  • Support skilled trades workers including carpenters, painters, and electricians,
  • Follow project plans, instructions, and company procedures to complete assigned tasks
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding job progress and site needs

Requirements


  • Valid US driver's License with at least 3 years of experience- approvals and final decisions are subject to our automobile insurance carrier's criteria
  • Minimum of 2 years of construction or general labor experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of construction skilled trades
  • Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments in varying weather conditions
  • Good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted
  • Must be willing and able to follow ALL safety precautions with appropriate PPE, follow company safety protocols, environmental, and OSHA safety best practices
