Milton Rents (division of Milton CAT) is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to market, promote and profitably provide equipment, materials and services to existing and potential customers.

Pay Range: $1,100-$1,650 per week depending on experience.

Responsibilities
  • Make on-site sales calls to existing customers on a frequent, ongoing basis
  • Make on-site sales calls to new potential customers on a frequent, ongoing basis
  • Utilize referrals and leads to find new customers / opportunities
  • Coordinate sales and rentals through personnel at the front counter
  • Work to resolve any outstanding issues to the mutual satisfaction of the customer and the company
  • Generate activity reports as requested by management
  • Obtain and update customer information as requested by management
  • Complete and submit all paperwork in the proper timeframes
Qualifications
  • A high-school diploma or GED is required
  • 3 years of successful, documented Outside Sales experience in equipment rental or a related industry is preferred
  • Valid Driver License
  • Working knowledge of operating capabilities of Construction Rental Equipment
  • Working knowledge of construction materials and their applications
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
