Job description

Olson Construction & Remodeling is hiring a Carpenter to support our Field Supervisor on residential remodeling and new construction projects. We’re looking for someone with solid hands-on experience who takes pride in quality work and wants to grow with a fast-paced, design-build company.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Assisting and performing cabinet installations, window installs, and finish carpentry
  • Supporting framing and general carpentry work
  • Handling punch list items and detail work to ensure high-quality finishes
  • Running dump trailers (loading, hauling, dumping materials)
  • Picking up and delivering materials, tools, and equipment
  • Maintaining organization of the shop, yard, and job sites
  • Working directly with the Field Supervisor to keep projects moving efficiently

What We’re Looking For:

  • Carpentry experience required (residential preferred)
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Strong understanding of construction methods and job site workflow
  • Proficient with power tools and basic layout/measurement
  • High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
  • Valid driver’s license (required)
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions
  • Reliable, motivated, and looking for long-term growth
