  • You'll manage all projects involving the installation and removal of large bulk cryogenic and Carbon Dioxide storage tanks
  • Supervising Service Technicians who handle the installation and maintenance of these storage tanks and their supporting equipment will be part of your role
  • You'll work closely with the Inventory Manager to make sure all parts needed for projects are acquired on time
  • Following the strict Linde Quality Control Manual procedures is essential to ensure every project meets the applicable provincial jurisdictional code requirements
  • You'll facilitate open communication between customers, Account Managers, and Service Technicians to keep everyone aligned
  • Being available to answer calls during non-business hours and troubleshoot customer issues over the phone will be expected
  • You'll estimate and provide quotations for piping service projects at customer facilities, helping customers understand the scope and cost
  • Tracking and controlling project costs by collaborating with the department financial accountant will help keep projects on budget
