Reporting to the Manager, Project & Maintenance within the Network Optimization team, the Project Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering real estate investment projects (CAPEX/OPEX) across the national network of service centres, warehouses, and head office. This role oversees projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within approved budgets, and in line with quality standards, while collaborating closely with field teams and external contractors. Key Responsibilities Coordinate real estate investment projects (CAPEX/OPEX) across the national network Plan projects (timelines, deliverables, resources) and oversee end-to-end execution Manage tender processes, bids, and relationships with external suppliers and contractors Monitor project progress (quality, timelines, risks, and issues) Identify risks and variances, and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders and field teams Track budgets closely, validate invoices, and monitor financial variances Maintain project tracking tools and provide regular progress reports Ensure compliance with established standards, approvals, and project requirements Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and tools Requirements Diploma (DEC) or Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction, Real Estate, Engineering, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in project coordination or management Experience in real estate or construction (asset) PMP or CAPM certification (asset) Bilingual (French/English) Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Proficiency in Excel and project management tools LI-Hybrid We believe that genuine care can make a real difference in the customer experience, and it begins with making a difference in the careers of our team members.
