Job description

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to support the Director of Operations in managing high-end custom residential construction projects from preconstruction through completion. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with company quality standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project schedules, budgets, procurement, and timeline
  • Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field team
  • Review construction drawings for coordination and constructability.
  • Support permitting, change orders, RFIs, and project documentation.
  • Assist with quality control, inspections, punch lists, and project closeout
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards (OSHA) and company SOP
  • Identify risks, resolve issues, and support continuous improvement



Qualification

  • 5–7+ years in construction management (custom residential preferred)
  • Strong understanding of blueprints, scheduling, and construction operations
  • Leadership, coordination, and strong communication skills
  • Bachelor’s in Construction Management or related field preferred)
